Primary Objectives:
The Manager of Fund Development supports efforts to achieve strategic priorities through fundraising and obtaining grants by engaging donors, staff, and the broader community in the vision and mission of the organization. This position works with all departments and levels of staff in the organization ensure the goals of the organization are met. The Manager of Fund Development will use excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in fundraising to make a difference in the lives of the clients Pacifica serves.
