The Role:
As a Learning and Development Advisor at CLBC, you will lead an organizational learning portfolio and be responsible for full-cycle instructional design, facilitation of learning, and development of programs and courses, as well as ongoing course/content maintenance. You will ensure that departments support and drive organization-wide learning through their ongoing activities.
In this role, you will:
Provide effective full-cycle instructional design and facilitation to steward a highly engaging and interactive learner experience by using a variety of adult education modalities, such as leader-lead (classroom and virtual), e-learning, blended learning, intranet toolkits, and more
Manage multiple projects simultaneously; developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of work
Essential to your approach as the Learning & Development Advisor is a desire and an aptitude to focus on content accuracy and the effectiveness of the training solutions you create, and the consulting and development processes to ensure efficiency and relevance to the learners and the organization.

Travel: Occasional overnight travel throughout the province as required.
Location: This position may work from any CLBC office.
