The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance and repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry. This role also provides support to tenants and performs related work as required. This is a live-in position. The Superintendent currently works Monday to Friday and every 3rd weekend, with Tuesday, Wednesday an:d Thursday nights off.
