Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Bilingual Commercial Sales Coordinator, based in eastern Ontario. Reporting to the Manager of Client Engagement, Eastern Ontario/Eastern Canada, the Bilingual Commercial Sales Coordinator will be responsible for meeting established sales targets through all aspects of commercial and corporate sales from marketing to customer satisfaction. You will also initiate and facilitate the sales of Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) and Accessible Services to business sectors located throughout Eastern Ontario / Eastern Canada. 


This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


The ideal candidate will have the following:


  • College diploma in Sales/Marketing.
  •  Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  •  A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in corporate sales complemented by a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  •  Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to develop new accounts while also maintaining proactive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. 
  •  Experience and knowledge of accessibility issues, as well as knowledge of assistive and adaptive devices and technology for people who have hearing loss (preferred).

This position will involve regular travel within Eastern Ontario and some travel across Eastern Canada (training, tradeshows, B2B client services, etc.).
