Supervisor, Supervised Consumption Service
2 - Full-Time Regular Position, (35 hrs/Week)

Reporting to the Manager, Urban Health – Harm Reduction Services, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one of our two Supervised Consumption Services (SCS). You will provide the necessary hiring, training, supervision and support to a team of Overdose Response Workers, Health Promoters and Nursing staff to ensure the quality and efficiency of services to the clients. You will coordinate innovative harm reduction programming within the service, monitor adherence to regulator requirements, oversee Provincial and Federal reporting, participate in the Community Liaison Committee and liaise with community partners. There is the added focus on the Centre’s priority populations: individuals who are homeless, living with mental health and substance use, individuals who are LGBTQ, Indigenous Peoples, racialized, youth, seniors and families living in poverty.
Compensation: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus benefits and HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan)
