CANADIAN CENTRE FOR MEN AND FAMILIES VANCOUVER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Canadian Centre for Men and Families is a national charitable agency with men’s health facilities in Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary, and currently with an online social service presence in Vancouver.
We are seeking an Executive Director to manage operations at our Vancouver virtual Centre and to lead plans for the development of a physical facility with in-house programs on the West Coast, to be opened as soon as the public health situation allows.
The Executive Director is responsible for managing the totality of the client experience at the Canadian Centre for Men and Families (CCMF) as well as the development, operation and evaluation of all in-house programs and services. The Executive Director is also involved in leading fundraising campaigns to grow and sustain programs.
This is a challenging role that demands patience, diplomacy and hard work, as well as attention to detail and an ability to multitask. The individual must be a great team player who puts the best interest of the agency ahead of him or herself and who is able to command the respect and trust of the personnel and volunteers that he or she works with on a daily basis.
The Executive Director will report to the CCMF-Vancouver Regional Board. The CCMF-Vancouver Regional Board is embedded within the Canadian Association for Equality, a national Canada Revenue Agency accredited charitable organization with a national reporting structure.

Status: Part-time (20 hours/week), with possibility of expansion to full-time status.
Remuneration: $2,400.00 gross per month.
