Position: Social Impact Evaluation Assistant-Temporary- Canada Summer Jobs Program (8 WEEKS DURATION)
Location: Home Office with visits to sites
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Wage: $ 17.20/ hour
We are looking for a Social Impact Evaluation Assistant to join our Sources Quality department! This individual must have strong computer skills, be empathetic and able to engage groups.
This is a Canada Summer Jobs funded position. The applicant must meet all eligibility criteria and be between the ages of 15 and 30.
Sources is a community-based non-profit organization that has been providing help, encouragement, and hope for individuals and families in White Rock, Surrey, Delta, Langley, and Prince George for 40 years. We touch the lives of 40,000 individuals yearly and that is all owing to our dedicated team. We provide services such as food banks, counselling, advocacy, and community living programs. About the position
As the evaluation assistant, you will be trained to support the Service Quality Manager with the developmental evaluation of a new employment program for people without housing. The Peering into Employment program is set up to help clients identify their strengths and aspirations to pursue meaningful supported employment in the area of their choosing. The student will support the lead evaluator in engaging staff and clients to create a program that truly fits the needs of clients. The goal is to have clients define how the program should be evaluated and how it should operate.
Support the lead evaluator in the following tasks:

This is a Canada Summer Jobs funded position. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada (i.e., Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or authorized in writing to work in Canada such as via a work permit) and be between the ages of 15 and 30.
