We are a start-up nonprofit organization focused on inspiring and enabling young leaders to shape a better future.

We are looking for a creative, detailed oriented, and positive individual, with a desire to have an impact on the development of youth. Someone with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and translate them into fresh, current, and youth friendly material.

The ideal candidate enjoys working from a blank sheet and thrives on learning and researching concepts and frameworks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Seeds’ coach to understand Seeds’ goals and teaching strategies
  • Create youth friendly content for all the Seeds programs (camps and retreats)
  • Research topics and incorporate relevant takeaways into Seeds’ curriculum
  • Interview youth and incorporate their needs into Seeds’ curriculum. 
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to brainstorm creative content 
  • Create unique, simple, and attractive toolkits, facilitator guides, handouts, and surveys.
  • Search for video content to support the curriculum
  • Edit and proofread the content
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams the content look and feel
