The United Way of Winnipeg is seeking a Vice-President, Finance, and Internal Services (VP) to join their passionate and committed team.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Finance and Internal Services will collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure United Way Winnipeg remains trusted, accountable, efficient, and effective. They will provide strategic leadership to financial and risk management, as well as human resource management, organizational development, labour relations, privacy, facilities, and office administration.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP contributes to setting the organization’s strategic direction and will be a leader who has shown the capacity to be innovative and future-focused while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. The VP will work closely with the Board and be involved in a number of volunteer committees, working collaboratively with many of Winnipeg’s business and community leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a financial and administrative leader with strong business and financial acumen who can balance working at both strategic and detailed levels and can apply analytical thinking with creative and collaborative process improvement.
