North Coast Community Services is seeking a permanent full-time Program Manager.

  • The Program Manager, as part of the management team, will strive to reach the Society’s strategic plan goals through innovative and flexible approaches.
  • The Program Manager is a leader who will inspire employees to reach their goals while building a culture of encouragement, respect and celebration.
  • The Program Manager is a role model who is engaging, helping employees to realize the value of the work they do, while being cognizant of their challenging roles.
  • The Program Manager is a coordinator who ensures program service delivery meets contractual obligations, while inspiring employees to find unique approaches to support their clients.
  • The Program Manager will play an integral role in the establishment a child development centre and 24/7 childcare centre in Prince Rupert.

The Program Manager possesses a Bachelor of Social Work or other relevant degree and has two years of supervisory experience. Experience in or knowledge of working in the social services field is an asset.
