As a Team Lead - Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS), you will provide clinical support and training to the frontline teams and various internal stakeholders. This successful candidate will be someone with experience in culturally responsive single session approaches to counselling. Along with sharing our insatiable curiosity for culture, the ideal candidate comes with strong tactics to help accomplish business goals.

The CPS Team Lead, organizes and supports the day to day activities of the Clinical Practice Specialists and the Indigenous Wellness Specialists. The team lead is accountable for the growth of counselling knowledge and skill by overseeing the development, implementation and delivery of frontline training, coaching and other education initiatives. You will work to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the CPS team and all counselling skill development.
