Wage: $33.83 - $41.32/hour

Working within our Health Promotion Department, and an integrated service delivery team, the Concurrent Disorder Case Manager will provide support to youth and adults presenting with concurrent substance use concerns and mental health issues.
Qualified candidates will also posses:
Class 5 BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
A criminal record check is required as a part of this process.
