About the Position:   This permanent Full-Time position is responsible for providing a broad variety of daily administrative tasks to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This includes managing an active calendar; electronic and manual filing of confidential documents and reports; completing expense reports; monitoring emails and approvals; arranging travel plans, meetings and events; and compiling research documents/reports as requested by the CEO. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for information management and development, building and maintaining internal and external contacts; as well as providing Administrative support for the Directors as needed.

About You:  You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. You are able to work independently with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to effectively manage multiple priorities at one time. You are also extremely adaptable and can adjust to changing priorities as needed. In addition, you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds as well as with people at all levels of the organization. You are culturally competent and able to conduct yourself in a manner which is respectful and encouraging of the cultural/spiritual beliefs and practices of others.

Post-Secondary Degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three to five years previous experience working with Executives in similar role. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Workspaces Suite (Gmail) and Adobe. In addition, a Police Information Check and an Intervention Record Check must be completed upon hire.
