About the Job:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources, the HRIS Specialist will be responsible of the HR data in current and future HRIS; will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system; run system reports for audit purposes, data validation or for HR or finance, making sure that the data is accurate; will lead the transition to new HRIS.

You have a minimum of three years experience as a Human Resource Information Specialist in a complex, multi-operation environment including prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices. You have project management experience in a mid to large organization (500-1500 employees). A PMP or Prince2 (or industry equivalent) certification is an asset

 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science’s or related fields or similar relevant field or the equivalent combination of relevant skill-based training and work experience.
