This is a temporary, full-time position based on 40 hours per week. The work schedule is determined in consultation with your supervisor and may vary according to requirements of responsibility. Applicable shifts include a ½ hour unpaid meal break. The facility is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Ellen Osler Home is a Community Residential Facility (CRF) for federally sentenced female identified parolees as they work towards community reintegration. Reporting to the Regional Director of Programs, the Program Coordinator provides day-to-day supervision of front-line program staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality and customer service to meet the needs of clients, community, and funders.
Shifts: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Start Date (tentative): August 1, 2021
End Date (tentative): September 1, 2022
