We are excited by constructs of accessibility and question what it looks like on an everyday basis. We seek to leverage its conversation in ways that encourage empathy and literacy for both audience and artist from all areas of the world.

As an Interim Executive Director, you will be assisting in forming the board that we report to. This is a Part-Time position with the potential to grow in time and pay based on business-needs. This position can expand and will be shaped by the candidate and their unique skill-set.
The Interim Executive Director is an integral part of a small team that will lead the organization through a transition to not for profit charitable status and further the mission of building accessibility within the arts. This position will help to strategically shape the future of SOTMSC. An applicant will be expected to learn and work with the core founding concepts of the company. Primary areas of focus over the next 6 months will be:

EXECUTING ORGANIZATION MISSION AND STRATEGY
We are looking for individuals who come from the lived-experience of either functioning with, or collaborating extensively with those who function with cognitive disabilities. This intersection of disability is rarely seen and is often the first consideration required for intersectional experience. As such, it is integral for our Executive Director to maintain a fluency with accessibility in terms of invisible access points, communicating them directly and with kindness
