McMan Youth, Family and Community Services is looking for a Program Supervisor for the James House Program.
The James House operates from Housing First, Harm Reduction and Trauma Informed Practice models of care. We help individuals coordinate with a team of professional and personal supports to help residents focus on their growth and development, whether that be their health and wellness, increasing their employability skills, or strengthening their connections in the community.
The successful candidate in this role will be a leader who can meet the challenge of leading a diverse staff team, building vital relationships within the community and the homeless sector. This person must be able to support and integrate a natural supports/building connections practice framework within the program. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for organizing and coordinating all general aspects of the program (hiring, training, community partnerships, financial management, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting). The Program Supervisor will also ensure that all program goals and objectives are developed and maintained.
