part time - term / contract  •  $20.00/hour for ~12 hours per week

We are seeking a Church Administrative Assistant to join our team! General duties for this part-time contract position include:

  • Coordinate day-to-day, on-site activities
  • Facilitate congregational communications
  • Provide administrative support for members, friends, and newcomers to Grace Lutheran Church

Office Administration:

  • Produce worship service folders and newsletters
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Manage office

Facilities Management:

  • Schedule use of church building
  • Draw up contracts
  • Monitor renters
  • Maintain key and security code records
  • Coordinate set-up and cleaning with Janitor
  • Report building issues to Property Management Chair
  • Oversee maintenance/repairs


  • Make deposits
  • Liaise with Financial Secretary and Treasurer
  • Provide input to admin budget
