Position Type:   Seasonal Part-Time, 21 hours per week for 13 weeks (daytime hours Monday – Friday) 

Total Hours:       273                                        

Compensation:  $14.35/hour

Start Date:          November 22, 2021        

Anticipated End Date:   February 18, 2022

Location:             18 King St. East, Bolton

Summary of Responsibilities:  Under the leadership of the Director, Finance & Infrastructure with supervision provided by the Manager, Finance & Infrastructure, the incumbent will accurately perform all data entry, data analysis and customer service functions relating to: 

  • Capturing fixed assets details;
  • Checking & ensuring the information is complete and correct;
  • Recording the information;
  • Consolidating and reviewing information.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary field of study that would be an asset to this position: Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Excellent data entry skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Detailed oriented and organized;
  • Experience in Excel;
  • Police records check will be required.
