As an Integrated Services Manager at CLBC, you will be accountable for operations of community planning and development and service quality monitoring as well as Adult Guardianship Investigations and Service Quality Reviews in an assigned geographic area or region of British Columbia. Through a combination of contracted resources and community options, supports and services are delivered to maintain or improve the quality of life for CLBC eligible individuals. The desired outcome is more innovative and responsive support and services to individuals and/or families.
As a member of the Regional Management Team, you will connect with the community, contractors and organizations to identify opportunities to advance supports and services and fulfill CLBC's vision by ensuring Facilitators act to support individuals and families in developing and implementing their plans and Quality Service Analysts are monitoring and engaging in contracting relationship with service providers.
A central function of this role is ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of CLBC contracted services that are fiscally responsible, consistent and portable in order to support the safety, security and well-being of individuals.
This role requires:
Location: This position may work from the Courtenay, Campbell River, or Port Alberni office
Occasional travel to communities within the catchment area, as well as to Head Office in Vancouver as needed. Possession of a valid class 5 drivers license and a clean Driver's Abstract is required. Use of own vehicle on expenses.
