Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) currently has an opening for a Digital & Print Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will provide support in the planning and execution of web-based and print marketing strategies for CHS’ internal and external clients with an initial key focus on the hearing aid and communication device programs. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services, you will also be responsible for tracking the success of web and print marketing campaigns, for ensuring monthly and yearly sales goals are met, and for adapting digital and print marketing strategies to reflect changes both internally and in the marketplace.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a college diploma/university degree in digital marketing, communications, or advertising, combined with a minimum of three (3) years' related work experience. You have proven digital marketing experience including email and database marketing, ad delivery processes, data mining, and customer segmentation, complemented by your strong skills in user-centric web design, website content management, and web analytics.
You must also have superior attention to detail (including working with financial data and understanding business models to drive decision-making and opportunity assessment) and thinking outside the box is second nature to you. You are self-motivated and achievement oriented, have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and can consistently complete overlapping projects within tight deadlines.
