Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant II, based in Toronto. Reporting to the Supervisor, Hearing Healthcare Administration, the Program Assistant II is responsible for providing reception, administrative, and program support including scheduling appointments, providing minimal hearing aid device assistance, and processing monetary transactions.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, including basic accounting skills, along with 2-3 years’ related experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
