Richmond Society for Community Living is a non-profit organization that delivers services to persons with developmental disabilities, their families and the community.

We are currently seeking:

Full-Time Residential Care Worker

Some of the ways you will make a difference everyday :

  • Assist clients in reaching their full potential by communicating their needs, likes and preferences, and empowering clients to make informed decisions and be active participants in all areas of their lives.
  • Responsible to work as part of a team to support the client(s) in making informed choices and decisions.
  • Follows activity plans, based on client’s personal plans and provide input on the client’s progress to the team.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of client strategy plans.
  • Provide personal care as required

Related Education and Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Please note that hours include shifts which will consist of both weekday afternoons and weekends.
