Winnipeg Kinsmen Club, a service organization that provides funding to non-profits and charitable organizations through exciting fundraisers and events, is seeking a collaborative and passionate Executive Director to lead the organization.

The Winnipeg Kinsmen Club is the second oldest club under Kin Canada in the country. Each chapter serves as their own entity in the region to determine what needs within their community they would like to assist with. Winnipeg Kinsmen Club is seeking to build on their current success and grow in order to make even more of a difference to those in need.

Reporting to the Executive Board of Directors, most of whom have been long-time volunteers at Kinsmen Club themselves, the Executive Director will build upon the existing structure of the well-established organization to an elevated level of efficiency, sustainability, and engagement with the community.

The ideal candidate is a natural “builder” who is able to define and solve opportunities, to forecast and see future growth, and to be strategic about that growth. The Executive Director is passionate with a drive to contribute to their community, has strong business savvy, and possesses a deep understanding of people and interpersonal relationships.
