As a People Services Consultant at CLBC, you will partner with regional operations to build leadership and management capability that facilitates an open, inclusive, CLBC values-based workplace.
As an HR Professional, you have strong generalist capabilities in a unionized environment and proven business partner experience in a mid-sized organization. You have an understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically, as well as strong consulting and project management experience. You work effectively and communicate at all levels within the organization and have a proven track record of working with senior management and emerging leaders. You excel as a credible partner and coach to your clients.
You enjoy multi-tasking, dealing with ambiguity, working in a team environment, and taking a collaborative, solutions-based approach.
