Job Summary:

We are looking for a client-oriented individual with solid analytical, project management, communication, organization, and teamwork skills to coordinate the activities IRSD project. The IRSD project is a two-year project that will research and test new tools and approaches to newcomer services to enhance remote service delivery and remove barriers to service access. This position will be accountable for coordinating research, prototype development and testing, project reporting and evaluation of the IRSD project. Responsibilities will include day-to-day operations of research and data collection activities, coordinating staff and resources, planning and performing project activities, ongoing engagement and communication with external partners and overseeing the development and testing of new tools and approaches.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project processes and tasks adhering to timelines and ensuring they meet milestones and outcomes
  • Coordinate data collection efforts in collaboration with the project team and other partners
  • Actively participate in research and data collection activities
  • Prepare communication tools and presentations to share findings with the project team, participants, partners and other stakeholders
  • Work with others in the development and creation of program documents including research, progress and evaluation reports
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project participants, partners and other stakeholders and secure required supports 
  • Represent the project team and share project's work on different platforms, including sector-wide tables and conferences
  • Coordinate the development and testing of tools and techniques to enhance remote service delivery and client experience and engagement 
  • Ensures project's adhesion to the process evaluation framework
  • Actively coordinate and lead evaluation activities
  • Ensure regular evaluation sharing with project staff to create a feedback loop and inform continuous quality improvement

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Related University Degree
  • Highly developed writing, editing, presentation and facilitation skills 
  • High level of critical and logical thinking and analysis
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills, including knowledge of qualitative research methodologies and quantitative statistical techniques
  • Solid outreach, promotion, and marketing skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience 
  • Excellent organizational skills relating to planning, record-keeping
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Understanding of current virtual engagement models, trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Comfort with ambiguity and interdisciplinary approach to solving complex problems
  • Capacity to identify and articulate potential problems and provide possible solutions in a concise and clear manner
  • Must have both doses of the COVID Vaccine
