About the Position:  In this Full-time position, reporting to the Information Systems Manager, will perform duties that support the agency in the QA Assistant function. These duties include providing data management support to all staff and programs of the agency. This can include entering data into client and funder databases, running QA reports, monitoring all QA related requests, filing and managing hard and softcopy forms as necessary to obtain the data required for input, and collaborating with program and administrative staff to ensure that data is timely and accurate. This position will also be assisting in the transfer to a new client database by assisting with manual creation, data migration, report building, database configuration and testing. The QA Assistant will work closely with other members of the QA team to identify emerging needs and trends as well as suggest solutions.

About You:  You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. You are highly detail focussed and are able to work independently. You are organized, allowing you to effectively manage multiple priorities at one time. You are also extremely adaptable and can adjust to changing priorities as needed. In addition, you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds as well as with people at all levels of the organization. You are culturally competent and able to conduct yourself in a manner which is respectful and encouraging of the cultural/spiritual beliefs and practices of others.

A Diploma in a related field and/or previous experience in Quality Assurance is preferred. Experience working within a non-profit setting with databases similar to Outcome Tracker or Penelope would be considered an asset. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Workspaces Suite (Gmail) and Adobe. In addition, a Police Information Check and an Intervention Record Check must be completed upon hire.
