Archway’s Full-Time Drop In Centre Support Worker with the Abbotsford Drop In Centre contributes by:

  • Providing a range of front-line support services to clients to ensure their health and well-being
  • Collaborating with clients to develop goals
  • Providing assistance in connecting clients with community services and support


This position is a great fit for someone who likes a challenge, enjoys connecting with people, is good in managing conflict, has a positive attitude, and can create an upbeat and uplifting environment!   

Our Offer

  • Wage: $23.95 per hour
  • A full-time position at 40 hours per week, shift work availability includes: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM,  11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Temporary position until November 30, 2022

Getting an Interview - We would love to interview you if you have:

  • Post secondary education in the human services field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
  • Experience in de-escalation and crisis management
  • Experience working with people with substance abuse, and homeless, vulnerable populations
  • First Aid certificate
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
