Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Commercial Engagement Coordinator, based in the GTA. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Engagement, (Canada), the Commercial Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for meeting established sales targets through all aspects of commercial sales from marketing to customer satisfaction. You will also initiate and facilitate the sales of Communication Devices and Accessible Services to business sectors located throughout Canada. 

 

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • College diploma in Sales/Marketing. 
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred. 
  • A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in commercial sales complemented by a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives. 
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to develop new accounts while also maintaining proactive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. 
  • Experience and knowledge of accessibility issues, as well as knowledge of assistive and adaptive devices and technology for individuals who are Deaf and hard of hearing (preferred). 

This position will involve regular travel within Ontario and some travel across Canada (training, tradeshows, B2B client services, etc.).
