Your Contribution

Archway’s Childcare Supervisor with the Eagle’s Nest Early Learning Centre contributes by:

  • Working in close cooperation with the Irene Kelleher Toti:Itawtxw Elementary School staff to provide seamless services to families
  • Providing support, leadership, direction, and supervision to staff, including g coaching, training, skill development, discipline, and attendance management
  • Implementing curriculum and staff training to support work with Indigenous families, exploring the Truth and Reconciliation process, and UNDRIP.

This position is a great fit for someone who has strong supervisory, conflict resolution, and mediation skills and is able to work with a variety of people.

  • A full-time, permanent position at 35 hours per week.

Getting an Interview

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma, including Infant/Toddler and Special Needs Certificate
  • Five years’ experience supervising childcare staff
  • Current First Aid Certificate is a condition of employment
