All employees work virtually from home office; therefore a minimum requirement is that employees have home office space and high-speed internet.
This is a Part-Time (15-20 hours per week) 6+ month contract role that can be based anywhere. This role allows for flexible hours to support for employee and global business needs.

Job Summary
Volunteers are the backbone of IIBA and need to be recruited, onboarded, retained and eventually offboarded. This role is responsible to coordinate and administer the volunteer program. The successful candidate will actively engage with internal stakeholders to determine the volunteer needs and communicate and collaborate with the community to recruit, nurture, and build relationships with our volunteers.
