Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) currently has an opening for a Marketing Supervisor, Hearing Aid Program and Communication Devices Products. In this role, you will have key specific targets and will be expected to leverage market trends and competitive data to design, execute, and measure end-to-end marketing campaigns for the Hearing Aid and Communication Devices Programs. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Creative Services, you will also provide functional and project support that will include conducting market and client research, as well as cultivate and manage relationships with key hearing healthcare industry vendors and stakeholders, to develop, implement, coordinate, and measure marketing plans and strategies that will propel awareness for both the Hearing Aid and Communication Devices programs and ensure consistent messaging in keeping with CHS brand essence, standards, vision, and mission.

 

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma/university degree in digital marketing, communications, or advertising, combined with a minimum of 4-5 years' related work experience in marketing strategy and execution. Knowledge of hearing aids/the hearing healthcare market would be a significant asset. You also have proven digital marketing experience including email and database marketing, ad delivery processes, data mining, and customer segmentation, complemented by your strong skills in user-centric web design, website content management, and web analytics.

 

You must also have superior attention to detail (including working with financial data and understanding business models to drive decision-making and opportunity assessment) and thinking outside the box is second nature to you. You are self-motivated and achievement oriented, have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and can consistently complete overlapping projects within tight deadlines.
