Join Youth Climate Lab (YCL) as a Partnerships and Development Coordinator! Work hand-in-hand with YCL’s diverse staff, partners, and youth across the globe to shake up the status quo of climate inaction. (Don’t let that imposter syndrome stop you!)
YCL is a youth-for-youth lab founded in May 2017 to support and strengthen a generation of leaders in shaking up the status quo of climate inaction. It has since worked with 30+ partners to design, pilot, and scale innovative experiments projects that have reached thousands of young people combating climate change in more than 77 countries.

The Partnerships and Development Coordinator works with our Partnerships and Development Manager to support the coordination and delivery of YCL’s fee-for-service and donor engagement. In this role you will work with YCL staff and external partners to ensure that workshops are delivered to provide maximum impact for all stakeholders. The Partnerships and Development Coordinator will also be involved in researching, designing and implementing a revamped donor engagement strategy for YCL.
If you are keen on joining the Youth Climate Lab team, but nervous about being new to the world of partnerships and fee-for-service work, we want to acknowledge the diverse skills that you may already have that you can apply to this work: this includes the work of drawing together unusual connections across the climate space, developing a wide variety of communications materials, facilitating events and customer service.
