Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant II, based in Sudbury. Reporting to the Manager, Communication Devices Program, the Program Assistant II is responsible for providing client support including responding to both internal and external inquiries and performing administrative functions for the Communication Devices Program (CDP).
This is a permanent, full-time onsite position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma along with 2-5 years’ experience in administrative support. We are also looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational, communication (French and English), and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
