The Database Coordinator needs a strong foundation in information technology, database structure, configuration, and practice. Effective database administration requires a keen attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
They are responsible for maintaining Bissell’s donor database (Raiser's Edge), as well as entering data and making requested updates to the data. Processing and capturing donations is a daily responsibility.
As a member of the Resource Development Team, the Database Coordinator will be involved in donor relations, stewardship, administration, and Bissell’s fundraising events.
