Your Contribution

Archway’s Tenant Support Worker with the Supportive Housing Program contributes by:

  • Supporting residents to maintain their residencies, including assisting them with room de-cluttering, rent contribution payment plans, and connecting them to community resources.
  • Assisting in the creation and development of individual service plans to address residents’ needs.
  • Recognizing individual strengths and circumstances and supporting residents in their healthy development, success, and well-being.  

This position is a great fit for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated, and who fully understands the complex challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness!

Our Offer

  • $24.60 to $26.40 per hour
  • A full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, Friday to Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Getting an Interview – We would love to interview you if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field with 2-3 years of recent experience in an outreach capacity an asset; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
