Caledon Community Services is looking for a Chief Development Officer to provide leadership to our team of fund development and event planning professionals and volunteers while working closely with our Communications team and Program Directors.

Position Overview: The Chief Development Officer (CDO) oversees and executes fundraising strategies, cultivates new donors and retains existing ones by building a culture of appreciation and philanthropy. The CDO is a leader in attracting support to grow our services.
Position Accountabilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with Divisional Directors, you set annual fund development targets and build relationships with key stakeholders.
