The Incumbent for this position will be responsible for the following:
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Business Development Specialist will work collaboratively with the Training team and will be under the direct supervision of the Manager of Operations.
Although the majority of the work will take place on-site between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, some evenings and/or weekend work may be required. Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience. A valid Ontario driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for local travel is preferred. A Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS) will be required. Benefits after probation.
As of November 1st, 2021, all CTI staff are required to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine series, approved by Health Canada or the World Health Organization, as a condition of hire. Should you be a successful candidate, you will be required to comply with CTI’s mandatory Vaccination Policy.
