THIS MOMENT, THIS POSITION
With new and ambitious strategic directions for 2022-2025, the QEII Foundation is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to bring a visionary roadmap to life that embodies unparalleled and long-term support for health care in Nova Scotia.
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is a new position and will report to the President & CEO and represent the Office of the President & CEO to internal and external partners. By working closely with those accountable for the QEII Foundation’s goals, the ideal candidate will manage and facilitate the implementation, tracking and reporting of the QEII’s performance and growth.
As a strong guide and influencer, this Manager will take ownership of setting a clear direction to meet organizational goals and inspire action across teams. They will relay sound advice to the executive leadership team based on their detailed analysis and recommendations.

THE PACKAGE
Annual Salary: $86,000 - $100,000
