As the fundraising arm to Pathstone Mental Health, our mandate is to support programs and services that are not covered through other methods of funding. (e.g. Ministry of Heath)

And it’s not just fundraising. We are also doing great mission, education and prevention work around Children and Youth Mental Health. We are making an impact in the work we are doing and our donors know and feel that.

We don’t mean to brag but, Pathstone Foundation has successfully opened and funded through donors, 9 in-person mental health walk-in clinics across Niagara, bringing mental health care to just about every back yard in the region.

We have funded a Natural Playground and Healing Garden, the first to be built at a children’s mental health facility in Canada. We went on to build another one, that feature learning and play hubs. And the latest, we are opening a NEW SITE in Welland, putting mental health care into every corner of our Region for so many who need us. (See what we mean about BIG IMPACT!)

Dream Job Summary:

Partnership & Growth Fundraising Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading creative partnerships with existing and new donors, growing our corporate pipeline, and familiarizing new donors with our various campaigns and projects. Other initiatives include:

• Research, identifying and creating profiles on funding opportunities for corporate sponsorship & partnerships.
• Meeting all donor deliverables and creating donor impact reports.
• Play a role in the overall layout and rollout of our fundraising year.
• Lead donor stewardship events. (Mid- and Major level)
• Grow and Steward Monthly Donor’s. (donor journey)
• Work alongside the MG portfolio.
• Securing sponsorship for our Annual Signature Event.
• Peer to Peer Fundraising Events & Crowd Funding Campaigns. (working alongside another Foundation team member)
• RE data input on all actions done with donors.

This is a non-union position that reports to the Director of Philanthropy & PR.

Other Requirements • A current Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months. • Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation. • Post-Secondary education in Non-Profit management, Fundraising, or equivalent experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $57,000- $62,000, plus Benefits: • On-site parking • Paid time off • Monday to Friday • Occasional weekend/ evening availability.
