POSITION SUMMARY:
The CEO of Strides Toronto is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic leader to join the Senior Management Team as the new Senior Director, Corporate Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the non-profit sector and a transformational mindset to develop and implement a high functioning, best in class Corporate Services Department. The successful candidate is a highly skilled strategic leader who can build capacity and has the ability to adapt to competing priorities, while leading a team of four direct reports in the following areas of corporate services:
The Senior Director, Corporate Services is a vital part of the Senior Management Team and works collaboratively to manage resources and budgets, promote a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
