Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health on a global scale, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. The charity raises funds to deliver innovative, breakthrough research and support programs that enable men to live happier, healthier, and longer lives. 

We’re recruiting a Campaign Support Team (3 positions open) to help deliver our hugely successful annual charity campaign. You'll be the heart and soul of the team, supporting our fundraising community as well as other Movember staff as we deliver another exceptional Movember campaign across Canada. 

You'll work with a variety of teams, including fundraising, finance and marketing to gain a wide understanding of Movember, our work and how you contribute to our success. Full training and support will be provided. We expect the team to be based at our Toronto office with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the voice of Movember, responding to all telephone, live chat, and email enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner 
  • Process donations and gift matching requests efficiently 
  • Support teams on project work as required 
  • Identify any patterns or issues with the website and reporting to Team Lead 
  • Support the Facebook inbox and fundraising pages 
  • Support post-campaign Recognition Plan 
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests as needed 
  • Attend and support local fundraising events, which can include work on evenings and weekends* 

*Event delivery will be predominantly virtual due to COVID-19. 

 

To be successful in the role you'll need: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service 
  • Great organization skills and the ability to prioritize 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Work well under pressure and to deadlines, with attention to detail 
  • Great team player 
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative 
  • Fluency in French a strong asset (1 Position is Bilingual)
