The Project Coordinator, RHFAC plays a key role in the learner’s journey of each prospective and current student. This position will be responsible for supporting individuals interested in taking RHFAC’s various courses, implementing core retention strategies, and building and fostering strong relationships working closely with students and various parties.

Overall, the Project Coordinator will help recruit, retain, and engage with students and Professionals, and triage them to appropriate supports and resources. 



The Project Coordinator, RHFAC reports to the Manager, Training and Membership. This position collaborates closely with colleagues to jointly advance RHFAC’s strategies as well as drive student success. 

The Project Coordinator also works closely with the Membership and Events Coordinator, the Training and Professional Designation Coordinator, the RHF Marketing & Communications team and other RHF staff, and liaises with academic delivery partners and other external organizations.



As an integral member of the RHF team and as expected of all staff, this position actively participates with:

  • Provides clear, accurate and concise information to prospective and current students, including handling general inquiries about RHFAC courses and activities;
  • Monitors RHFAC Training inbox. Ensures timely and coordinated responses and tracks activity for follow-up;
  • Tracks and reports on student grant applications/status;
  • Monitors and records RHFAC student experiences, engagement and issues, and recommends improvements;
  • Maintains records and tracks various activities;
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to recruit new students and progress current students;
  • Assists in the development and updates of journey maps and processes for RHFAC Training students and RHFAC Professionals;
  • Reviews and updates RHFAC onboarding materials, policies, and processes;
  • Collaborates with RHF’s Marketing and Communications team to develop and update marketing materials;
  • Regularly supports the coordination and creation of social media content;




  • University degree, Diploma or Certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in business, communications or marketing.


Certification/Designations: None



  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a related field;
  • Strong experience with providing timely and quality internal and external customer service;
  • Experience with accessible customer service, including communication with customers who require various forms of accommodations;
  • Previous member management, sales, or recruitment experience preferred;
  • Computer experience required. High proficiency using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS Apps;
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Fonteva, or other relevant customer relationship management software and asset;
  • Fluency in French, oral and written, an asset; and
  • Knowledge or experience working with individuals with disabilities an asset.
