Second Harvest is looking for a collaborative, adaptive problem-solver with 3+ years development experience to join our team as a Full-Stack Software Engineer. Reporting to the Director of Product Development, this position will work alongside our external development partners to build and expand the Second Harvest Food Rescue App, with a focus on the web application and database integration. Our stack is primarily React on the frontend, .NET Core on the backend, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and datastore in Microsoft Azure to tie it all together.

You Will

• Collaborate with the Second Harvest team to write, test, debug, and deploy frontend and backend code using a variety of programming languages/frameworks including .NET Core, JavaScript, and React.
• Brainstorm solutions to customer problems and guide decisions based on your knowledge of the codebase.
• Promote technical quality via helpful, timely code reviews and technical feedback to peers.
• Contribute to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives at the team level and up.
• Liaise with external technical vendors, working collaboratively to enhance the Second Harvest Food Rescue App software.
• Assess capability gaps and opportunities to improve the Second Harvest Food Rescue App technology.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

• 3+ years experience creating solutions with: React, .NET Core, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform.
