Strive Living Society is looking for skilled Foster Care Family Providers in North and West Vancouver who can provide care in their own home.

Foster families provide for the child's day-to-day needs and nurture the child’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and cultural needs. Foster families provide a child with a nurturing and supportive alternative home when they cannot live with their birth family.

The foster care family provides specialized care to a child/youth who may have:

• Physical or developmental delays
• Medical needs
• Mental health, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Drug and alcohol use or legal trouble
