Live-In Relief Assistant Building Superintendent

A local Waterloo Region housing organization is currently accepting applications for a part- time Live-In Relief Assistant Building Superintendent.  The successful candidate will provide a wide range of support and coordination to help ensure efficient and effective operation of multi-unit residential buildings in Cambridge & Kitchener.  Duties will include:

• Perform Maintenance, Repairs and Cleaning at the properties
• Serve as first contact for Tenants & Vendor appointments
• Ensure building safety standards & regulations are compliant
• Report to owner regularly

Qualifications: Valid Drivers License, 5 years experience as a Building Superintendent

The successful candidate will be mature, reliable and will have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in building operations and maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical and painting
• Ability to coordinate maintenance work orders
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and shared weekends
• Trustworthy, reliable and well organized
