PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR FULL TIME HOURS.

The Salvation Army INNISFAIL Thrift Store Clerk is responsible for providing service to customers, sorting of incoming products, and assisting the manager in the maintenance of store operations.

POSITION OBJECTIVES (MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the processing of incoming goods

• Provide courteous and efficient service to customers
• Completing customer transactions involving cash and debit purchases
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Assist with general cleaning and tidying of the store

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of High school an asset
• Retail Experience an asset
• Capable of some lifting, carrying , and standing
• Good interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be able to work with a variety of people
• Ability to work within the mandate and Mission Statement of The Salvation Army
•  Provide a clear Police background check dated within the last 30 days
• Must be able to work some Saturdays

HOURS:  24 Hours Weekly with the possibility of picking up additional hours, shifts to be determined by manager.
