Anticipatory Staffing: Full-time Permanent or Temporary Full-time Contract positions
Reports to: Senior Program Lead or Director
Salary Range: $48,000 – $60,000
Location: Our head office is in Ottawa, Ontario; however, we welcome remote work outside Ottawa or a blend of onsite/work from home within the National Capital region. We are a Pan Canadian Healthcare organization and welcome candidates from across Canada.
Applications will be held on file for a period of six (6) months.
The Program Coordinator holds three main areas of responsibility:
(1) Provides a high level of administrative support to the Director/Senior Program Lead as well as to their respective team;
(2) Manages and coordinates events and projects in the program area, including online programming and meetings that facilitate evidence-informed innovation in healthcare organizations and that link healthcare leaders who are central to HEC’s strategic priorities; and
(3) Provides general program support and coordination to the team including preparation of briefing materials to support planning and program development.
Currently, there are positions available in the following programs:
Patient Engagement and Partnerships (PEP): The PEP team is a cross functional team that has an internal and external focus to their work. The PEP team engages with patient/caregiver partners across the country, to lead programs that focus on priorities important to patients and caregivers and seeks to enhance capacity of organizations and health systems to become engagement-capable. The PEP team also supports internal capacity of HEC staff to embed consistent, meaningful, and inclusive engagement practices in HEC activities and programs.
