Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner whose focus will be on talent acquisition, labour relations, performance management, and health and safety. Reporting to the Interim Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will work directly with Managers and Directors on the interpretation and application of employment policies, the collective agreement, and employment legislation. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing projects such as the annual employee engagement survey, trends in the field of HRIS, and the implementation of a new performance management process.
This is a full-time contract position working 35 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., until July 14, 2023.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree specializing in Human Resources or Labour Relations, complemented by 6-8 years of progressive HR Business Partner and full-cycle recruitment experience including sourcing and selecting top talent leveraging multiple talent attraction channels. CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.
You also have excellent consulting, advisory, and communication skills and can establish and foster relationships with colleagues at various levels of the organization. As well, you are committed to providing exceptional customer service and can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a large, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
