In close collaboration with the Oxfam team members in Bolivia, the advisor will be mandated to:

• Strengthen the institutional team of the local partner organization "Centro de Promoción Gregoria Apaza" in the implementation of activities related to the Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation System
• Collaborate with the local partner organization "Centro de Promoción Gregoria Apaza" in the collection, processing, analysis and preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports of the Institutional Plan
• Compile actions and products developed jointly with the partner organization as well as relevant information and learnings for Oxfam on the results achieved
• Assist with information for program monitoring and evaluation reports
